The internet is pretty wack usually. My neighbor pounds on the wall if I try listening to music at >75 dB. Maintenance and other staff are passable if something is wrong.
I absolutely love the Carriage House Apartments! I think they are such beautiful apartments, and such an awesome community. I really love how home-y the complex feels as well.
Very convenient location to everything! The price is compareable if not cheaper than other similar living around here. The apartments are nice and have lots of room!
I renewed this place because I couldn't find better place with this price in FoCo near the campus! Higher floor you leave, better experience you will have tho
Everyone’s really nice! Staff is friendly and helpful, the community is clean and mellow. Lots of pets but they’re all really quite and mellow as well!
Love living here! Going from a huge apartment complex where management didn’t care about residents, to a much smaller community where help is easy to find is a breath of fresh air.
Loving it so far. Beautiful and comfortable. The community is quiet and everyone I’ve met so far is super nice, I look forward to living here
I am very excited to move in to the carriage house apartments. My friends just resigned and its been such a nice place to come over, so i am happy that it is going to be mine! I am hopeful that the management is better than my last experience.
The walls aren't paper thin and it's close to campus. Other highlights include in-unit washer and dryer, proximity to taco bell, and a full-size fridge.
You guys were very helpful with the whole leasing process. I specifically liked how easy it was to sign my lease online and how quick you guys got back to me!
It has been a great experience knowing the community within the apartment complex and signing up for the lease. It has been a simple and easy process.
My experience at carriage house has been good. I like the layout of the apartment and enjoy living so close to campus. I would recommend this complex to my friends, I even have friends moving in here after I move out.
Great newly built apartments in a fantastic location for CSU students. Good location near many restaurants/bars and only a 10 minute bike ride to old town. For housing many college students the complex stays pretty quiet which I appreciate a lot.
This has been the best apartment complex I’ve lived at. The staff is so friendly and helpful! And I love that they have food by the mail boxes as treats for residents
Love living at the carriage house apartments! The community as a whole is so nice and the apartments are so sleek! Releasing and so excited for the next 15 months!
Close to campus and cheaper than other communities!!
Pretty new and so clean.
Fast response from community manager whenever problem happens.
Overall I'm very pleased with the apartment. It is among the quieter buildings I've been in while in Ft. Collins. Maintenance is rather quick and hassle free.
The apartment themselves are beautiful and feel like home! They are supper close to campus and it is really easy to get to classes. If we ever have an issue maintenance is quick to come!
It is a nice apartment with a lot of space. The appliances are very nice and make the place look pretty modern. Not enough bike racks though.
This apartment features appliances and not much else. I really enjoy the space and the ability to make it my own by buying my own furniture.
Carriage house is the best apartment in FoCo ever. Very nice kitchen, large room and living room.. Especially, floor with no carpet is good!
I love living here! The apartments are only a couple years old so everything is in great shape. It’s in the perfect location for students too!
I really enjoy the community and area. I love how welcoming everything is and how nice the apartments are. The one thing I wish we did have is a weight room or literally any kind of workout area or amenities. I also wish things weren’t so expensive at other locations so I could enjoy such amnenities and the quality of carriage house management. I do love this place although will probably not live here again.
It’s expensive to live here but it’s easy to see why. The apartments and new and really nice and really close to campus. Absolutely no complaints here
The location to campus is so convenient. Love the size of the units too, the floor plan has such an open living room kitchen. Wish parking wasn’t an extra fee though.
The apartment staff is great and the customer service is awesome. but the apartment itself is alright. Enforcement of other tenants picking up after their animals isn't great. There was an email sent about enforcement but people are still letting their animals use the restroom in grass and rock areas and not picking it up
The apartments are super nice, safe, and updated, I haven't experienced any inconveniences or issues, everyone at the office is very helpful and nice. but it takes a while for the office to respond to emails or voicemails.
Overall great experience, CH is in a quiet neighborhood, super close to campus, friendly staff, and quick maintenance response. I have had no issues.
Love how close it is to everything. Also how big the living room is which is a big plus. It is a great place to live for game day because it’s right next to the stadium
The space and quality of the apartment is great, a little issue with the noise from the sharing walls with the neighbors, but not bad. We like our view from the street side of Springfield a lot.
Great place, good sized-apartments, safe community. Location relative to campus is a plus and the pet-friendly environment is, too. Even if you don't have a pet there're always dogs around to pet.
Apartments and neighborhood are lovely, and maintenance has been very responsive. However, the online bill pay is often faulty and the staff can be hard to reach with issues
Everything has gone smoothly and if I have ever had any questions, people were always able to help me and figure out the problem. I also really like the space and multiple people have commented on how nice these apartments are.
For the most part, living here is great. The neighbors above us, however, stay up until all hours of the night and make a ton of noise. Living in a basement isn’t great, but all things considered it’s okay.
The apartments seem to be pretty poorly insulated as I can hear almost everything my upstairs neighbor does, and the parking situation is awful, especially if I want to have friends over. The biggest draws for this apartment are the I divudla bathroom’s, in unit laundry, and proximity to campus.
The community is very friendly. Good service from the property managers, and I’ve had no issues with the apartment itself. Overall, I am happy with my decision to live here.
I like the carriage house a lot. The apartments are very spacious and quiet. But I really wish there was a walking path from the street to my apartment. Instead there is a gate there and I have to walk all the way around the building.
I wish more time was taken to upkeep the barbecue grills outside and landscaping with the woodchips around the gutter drains. The noise insolation with neighbors upstairs was also kind of poor to be honest.
Carriage House Apartments have been wonderful! The amenities, community, and management are amazing. I have definitely enjoyed living here the past few years and have come to feel 'at home' in my apartment.
Carriage House has been a pretty cool place to live the last 2 years. Great location, nice place. Wish the prices stayed the same as when I first moved here, but it's been a good experience!
You guys are great at communicating to us through email. The only thing that bothered me was that your voicemail was full 3 times when i tired calling and I was unable to leave a voicemail.
Good. It has been great. Its has been a great time. There hasnt really been any bad times. Mostly good timesso that is a good thing. A great thing actually.
Have had issue with door frame since move in. I was told it would get replaced since it was a security issue. Even though a new door system was installed the frame was never fixed so the door is still broken. Having a great time living here its just a shame that I've been waiting 6 months for a work order to be completed.
Carriage House has been great so far and is the reason I just renewed my lease to stay there another year. When the transition between companies did occur there were a few minor hiccups, but in general my experience has been fantastic.
Carriage House Apartments are really nice apartments and EDR is a decent landlord- they do a good job of coming and fixing things if they're broken or if lights are out.
I think the new management is all about helping us as residents. They are fast with maintenance and are always around and available when you call. They know what they are doing and it make living here a lot easier and enjoyable.
I have no complaints. The prices for rent tend to be a tad expensive, but not too outrageous. The biggest thing I don't like is I am a graduating college student, so I am not sure about my living situation next year, so I don't like that I'm not guaranteed to renew my lease next semester.
The management has changed so it's hard to tell with the new management. My time here (2 years) has been a great experience however. Their maintenance order system is user friendly, but it's hard to tell when they finished something or if they even did because you don't get a phone call.
I have fully enjoyed my stay at the carriage house apartments. It has been a very convenient location for my to attend class at csu. I also really appreciate the privacy with having both doors lead to the outdoors.
Very communicative, responsive, and attentive. Could work on trash maintenance due to some neighbors. Other than that, keep up the good work.
